Why people choose this training
Facilitation lab
You don’t just learn facilitation – you practice it. Expect realistic scenarios, role play, and feedback.
Human dynamics first
Scrum fails rarely because of the events. It fails because of fear, conflict avoidance, and control habits. We work on that.
PSM I ready
If you want the certification: you’ll get exam strategy, practice questions, and clarity on what Scrum.org actually asks.
You can memorize Scrum in a day.
But reality still hits you on Monday.
Because your team will still avoid conflict, your stakeholders will still push for certainty, and your Sprint events will still drift into performance theater if you don’t know how to intervene.
This training gives you the Scrum foundation and the people-skills to make Scrum work when reality hits.
You’ll leave with a practical toolkit: facilitation patterns, coaching moves, interventions for common dysfunctions – plus optional PSM I readiness if you want the credential.

Instructor
Matthias Orgler, MSc
Agile Coach, Scrum Trainer, Silicon Valley Veteran
Matthias teaches Scrum as a leadership practice – not as a rulebook. Expect clarity, energy, and lots of real-world judgment calls. You’ll practice how to lead the conversations Scrum Masters actually lead.

- Facilitates with energy and empathy
What makes it different
You won't just "learn concepts." You'll experience them.
Hands-on, activity-based learning
You learn Scrum by using it – exercises, simulations, and scenario practice.
Facilitation + coaching practice
You practice the key conversations: Sprint events, conflict, stakeholder alignment, team agreements.
Clear mental models
Not more tools. Better judgment. You learn what to do when the textbook stops helping.
Optional PSM I prep
Practice questions, exam strategy, and crisp understanding of Scrum.org’s perspective.

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know
Is this training only for people who want PSM I?
No. PSM I prep is optional. The core focus is becoming effective in the role in real organizations.
Do we do role plays and practical exercises?
Yes. Expect simulations, facilitation practice, realistic scenarios, and feedback. Short inputs, lots of application.
Will you cover what Scrum Masters struggle with in real companies?
Yes. Stakeholder interruptions, conflict, weak Product Ownership, leadership pressure, ‘Scrum-but’ habits – that’s the material.
Does the training include the PSM I exam fee?
No. Scrum.org assessments are purchased separately. You’ll get guidance on the format and how to prepare effectively.
Remote or in-person?
Both. Same interactivity. Remote uses breakout rooms and digital boards – you won’t be stuck in passive listening mode.
